Cara Nord Garrut , an emblematic red wine from the Cara Nord winery in Vilosell (Tarragona) , DO Conca de Barberà , emerged in 2012 , conceived by the collaboration between Tomàs Cusiné , Xavier Cepero and Eric Solomon . Inspired by the richness of the terroir, they cultivate vineyards nestled in the majestic mountains of Prades and the Bosc de Poblet , at 800 meters above sea level , on slate and clay-calcareous soils . This unique environment, together with a continental-Mediterranean climate , gives life to an exceptional Garrut (Monastrell) grape.

Care information

Store red wines horizontally in a cool, dark place, while white and sparkling wines are best kept in the refrigerator. Avoid sudden changes in temperature.

After meticulous harvesting and traditional fermentation, the wine ages for 6 months, half in French oak barrels and the other half in amphorae, revealing a distinctive and expressive flavor profile.
