About the Winery

Founded in 1829 in Aÿ (Champagne, France), Maison Bollinger is one of the most iconic and respected champagne houses in the world. With a philosophy based on excellence, respect for tradition, and a focus on full-bodied wines with great longevity, Bollinger distinguishes itself by producing champagnes with a high proportion of Pinot Noir, extended aging on the lees, and the use of oak barrels for vinification. The winery maintains a strong commitment to sustainable viticulture and owns more than 170 hectares of vineyards, cultivated with meticulous care. Its Brut Rosé, officially launched in 2008, reflects the house's characteristic elegance and depth with a more fruity and expressive tone.
