Founded in 1829 in Aÿ (Champagne, France), Maison Bollinger is one of the most iconic and respected champagne houses in the world. With a philosophy based on excellence, respect for tradition, and a focus on full-bodied wines with great longevity, Bollinger distinguishes itself by producing champagnes with a high proportion of Pinot Noir, extended aging on the lees, and the use of oak barrels for vinification.
