Crafted by Vinyes Domènech at 450 m altitude between the Llaberia and Montalt mountain ranges, in Capçanes. The vineyards have been organically cultivated and CCPAE-certified since 2008.
Blend of Garnacha, Garnacha Peluda & Samsó (Carignan)
Grapes from 20 to over 50-year-old vines, grown sustainably to reflect their Mediterranean exactness and the nature of Montsant.
Artisanal vinification & elegant aging
Fermented in stainless steel tanks for 20 days, followed by 10–12 months in old French oak barrels that round the tannins without concealing the fruit.
Tasting notes that echo landscape and melody
Bright cherry-red color with violet rims. Complex nose of ripe red fruit, underbrush, sweet spices, and enveloping minerality. Pulpy and fresh on the palate, with smooth tannins, hints of licorice, balsamic notes, black pepper, and a subtle saline finish.
A name full of soul and tribute
Inspired by the legendary Catalan song “Boig per tu” by the band Sau, this wine is a heartfelt homage to land, music, and great love stories.

About the Winery

Vinyes Domènech is a family winery founded in 2002 by the Domènech family in Capçanes, within the D.O. Montsant. Located between the Llaberia and Montalt mountain ranges, at an altitude of 450-550 meters, the estate boasts 15 hectares of vineyards cultivated using certified organic farming since 2008. The natural environment, characterized by clay-limestone soils and a Mediterranean microclimate, allows for the production of wines that reflect the identity of the region. "Boig Per Tu" is a tribute to the song of the same name by the Catalan group Sau, symbolizing the connection between wine, music, and landscape.

Appearance
Bright cherry red color with violet edges, medium-high depth, and quick teardrops.

Nose
Intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits (blueberries, currants), accompanied by Mediterranean undergrowth notes of rosemary and thyme. Soft hints of lavender, sweet spices, and an earthy mineral background are also perceived.

Palate
Fresh and juicy entry, with ripe, silky tannins. The fruit is intertwined with balsamic notes and a touch of licorice, culminating in a long, slightly saline finish with hints of Mediterranean flavorings.
