BCN Gin is crafted in the heart of Catalonia’s Priorat region, using Garnacha and Cariñena grapes as the alcohol base. This brings body, smoothness, and a unique texture. Its qualities also come from pure spring water from Font del Mas Petit, naturally filtered through licorella stone.

The recipe melds juniper, rosemary, fennel, pine, lemon, and lime peels, with a memorable touch: fresh fig, which adds a rounded, elegant, and slightly sweet profile.

Distilled in an Arnold Holstein still—an engineering gem that allows clean, precise extraction of natural aromas. Every drop is produced in small batches with no additives, colorings, or artificial flavors.

About the Winery

BCN Gin is hand-distilled in the heart of Priorat, Catalonia, from a base of wine made with Garnacha and Cariñena grapes. This project is born from a fusion of the rugged landscape of this wine-growing region and the creativity of Barcelona, combining tradition and avant-garde. The result is a gin with a Mediterranean character, inspired by the native botanicals of the area and produced in small batches to ensure purity and genuineness.
