Bancal del Bosc is born in the heart of a shielded natural area, between the Llaberia and Montalt ranges, at 450–500 meters above sea level. A pure expression of Montsant, crafted by Vinyes Domènech from certified organic vineyards. - A Mediterranean blend with a forest soul
Made from Garnacha, Cariñena, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, grown on stony, deep, clay-limestone soils on sun- and wind-facing slopes. - Organic viticulture and minimal intervention
The winery practices regenerative and organic farming, with temperature-controlled fermentation at <29 °C for 15 days and aging for 6 months in French and American oak, adding balance without overpowering the fruit. - Fresh and indulgent nose
Ripe red and black fruits (raspberry, cherry, blackberry), with hints of sweet spices, wild herbs, and a soft smoky background that complements without dominating. - Vibrant, flavorful and juicy palate
Smooth tannins, medium body with structure, and a finish that blends lively fruit, toasted notes, and herbal freshness. A flavorful wine, easy to enjoy but full of personality. - Natural and wild pairings
Ideal with cochinita pibil tacos, spiced white meats, roasted peppers, stuffed eggplants, or dishes with wild mushrooms. Also perfect with Iberian cured meats.
