Production & Maturation
Carefully executed dual maturation: first in American oak ex-bourbon casks, adding soft, sweet notes of vanilla and honey; then, for 6 to 12 months, in European oak casks that previously held sherry, bringing intricacy, dried fruits, and a gentle spice. Each batch is aged a minimum of 12 years under the supervision of the Malt Master.
