Made exclusively from grapes grown at Finca Can Fontanals, a vineyard planted between 1978 and 1988 with Macabeu, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, trained on trellises and sustainably farmed. A sparkling wine with precise origin, grace, and balance. - An ideal harvest year
2022 was a calm and steady vintage: moderate rainfall, mild temperatures, and slow ripening that favored balance between alcohol level, acidity, and pH. The harvest took place 8–10 days later than usual, resulting in one of the best vintages in recent years. - Clean and delicately evolved nose
Clear aromas of white fruit and subtle tertiary notes: fine pastry, hints of dried herbs, and a light echo of raw almond. - Soft, dry, and very gastronomic palate
Light passage, creamy texture without excess, fine and persistent bubbles. The aging notes are well integrated with fresh acidity and a restrained, elegant expression. - High-level versatility
Ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect with fruit-based salads, oysters, fish tatakis, soft cheeses, or vegetable rice dishes. A sparkling wine that doesn’t seek to shine, yet dazzles with its precision.
