Crafted exclusively with grapes from the Can Fontanals estate, a vineyard planted between 1978 and 1988 with Macabeu, Xarel·lo, and Parellada, grown on trellises with sustainable farming practices. A sparkling wine with precise origin, elegant and well-balanced. - An ideal harvest year
2022 was a calm and steady vintage: moderate rainfall, mild temperatures, and slow ripening that favored balance between alcohol content, acidity, and pH. The harvest was delayed by 8–10 days compared to usual, resulting in one of the best vintages in recent years. - High-level versatility
Ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect with fruit-based salads, oysters, fish tatakis, soft cheeses, or vegetable rice dishes. A sparkling wine that doesn’t aim to shine, yet dazzles with its precision.
