Crafted by Cellers Avgvstvs Forvm, this Chardonnay comes from an organic vineyard discovered next to an ancient Roman road, in the heart of the Penedès, just steps from the Mediterranean Sea. - Barrel fermented and aged on lees
The wine ferments in French oak barrels with native yeasts and rests for 4 months on its lees, unclarified and unfiltered. A precise vinification that enriches texture and varietal character. - Fresh, tropical nose
Intense aromas of pineapple, papaya, ripe banana, and lime, with vibrant citrus notes and a subtle mineral background that adds depth and grace. - Flavorful and direct palate
On the palate, it is expressive, broad, and fresh, with fruit-forward notes echoing the nose, alongside lively acidity that extends the sip and adds gastronomic appeal. - Broad, Mediterranean pairing
Excellent with white meats, baked fish, creamy rice dishes, blue or goat cheeses, or even as an aperitif with toasted nuts.
