Finca Els Gorgs is a limited production organic Brut Nature, born from a single plot of more than 80 years with Macabeo and Xarel·lo in co-planting, located on calcareous carbonate shale soils in the heart of the Penedès.
Hand harvesting and exceptional aging
After an initial aging of 10 months in barrels and tanks, this sparkling wine remains for a minimum of 100 months in the bottle, which gives it a refined creaminess, aromatic depth, and a perfectly integrated bubble.
Complex and subtly smoky nose
Aromas of mature white fruit, brioche, sweet spices, vanilla, fresh cream, and a lightly smoky background that reveals its time in wood and extended lees aging.
Broad, mineral, and persistent palate
