Aire de Protos Rosado is an exquisite combination of grape varieties, including Tempranillo , Garnacha Tinta , Albillo , Verdejo , Viura and Sauvignon Blanc. Coming from the vineyards of the prestigious Cigales Designation of Origin, these grapes are carefully selected from local winegrowers with experience ranging from 10 to 100 years.

- Production Process: The harvest is carried out mostly at night to preserve the freshness of the grapes. Subsequently, a process of rapid reception of the grapes is carried out, avoiding maceration with the skins. This meticulous process guarantees obtaining a yolk must quickly, resulting in a pale wine with little color and maximum protection against aroma oxidation.
- Aging on Lees: After static racking and fermentation in stainless steel, Aire de Protos Rosado is aged on fine lees with regular agitation for 2-3 months, which enhances its complexity and structure.
