It was produced by Bodegas Protos in the D.O. Cigales, a region internationally recognized for the quality of its rosés. This is the eighth vintage of a project carefully crafted from vineyard to label.
Unusual and Graceful Blend
A pale rosé with a complex soul: Tempranillo, Garnacha, Albillo Mayor, Verdejo, Viura, and Sauvignon Blanc. Mostly harvested at night to maintain maximum novelty.
Accurate Winemaking
Cold-pressed in an inert ambiance to extract only the free-run juice. Fermented at 15 ºC and aged on lees for 2 months. A procedure that adds softness, structure, and fragrant expression.
Sensory Profile
Provencal-style pale pink color. It has a highly aromatic nose with notes of soothing red fruit, white flowers, and an herbal background. On the palate, it is light, fresh, and balanced, with a delightful and steady finish.

About the Winery

Protos, founded in 1927, is proud to be the first winery in Ribera del Duero. Its name, which means “first” in Greek, reflects its pioneering position in the province. Over the years, Protos has maintained a persistent commitment to quality, limiting the yields of its vineyards to ensure balanced, high-quality grapes. The winery, which began its journey in Ribera del Duero, has also expanded its influence to the Cigales DO, where it makes wines such as Aire de Protos, a rosé that captures the essence of the region with its freshness and elegance.
