Produced in the D.O. Rueda from very old vineyards (some over a century old) located at 900 meters above sea level in the highest area of Segovia—providing freshness and exactness.
Native Variety
100% Verdejo single-varietal, with intense aromatic expression and a vital profile. A young, direct, and well-balanced wine that stays true to its vineyard character.
Careful Winemaking
Cold maceration with skins, followed by 20 days of controlled fermentation and aging on fine lees. A method that brings roundness without losing agility.
Sensory Profile
Luminous greenish-yellow color. On the nose, grapefruit, green apple, and tropical traces stand out, with floral and herbal undertones. On the palate, it’s very fresh, light, and passionate, with a clean finish and a delicate varietal bitterness.
