About the Winery

Bodegas Mas Alta, located in the prestigious Priorat region of Catalonia, is the fruit of the dream of two Belgian families, the Lambrecht and Vanhoutte, who came to Vilella Alta in 1999 attracted by the magic of this unique terroir. With the advice of renowned winemaker Michel Tardieu, the winery has dedicated itself to capturing the essence of Priorat in every bottle, working with a minimal intervention approach and sustainable viticulture. The Grenache and Carignan vines, planted on llicorella soils, are carefully tended to ensure wines of exceptional quality, reflecting the depth, warmth and elegance of the Priorat landscape.
