Grape Variety
100% Chardonnay. Historic vines organically certified, hand-harvested for maximum varietal expression. -
Winemaking & Aging
Fermentation in French oak barrels, followed by 6 months of aging with bâtonnage. Subsequent bottle aging enhances its silky texture and complexity. -
