80% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Merlot. A classic blend offering structure, fruit and depth. - Winemaking & ageing
Fermentation with native yeasts in concrete tanks. Aged for 18 months in Allier French oak barrels, 30% new and 70% second use. Not filtered or clarified to preserve its full natural expression. - Producer profile
Hacienda Monasterio is one of Ribera del Duero’s most prestigious wineries, led by renowned winemaker Peter Sisseck (creator of Pingus). Their philosophy is rooted in certified organic viticulture, respect for terroir, and minimal intervention in the cellar. - Special features
