Gramona Mart Xarel·lo Vermell 2024 comes from vineyards located in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia, within the D.O. Penedès. It is an organic and biodynamic wine that pays tribute to a revived ancestral variety: Xarel·lo Vermell, a natural mutation of the classic Xarel·lo. - Grape variety
100% Xarel·lo Vermell, an indigenous Catalan pink-skinned grape, rare in cultivation and of great oenological value. - Winemaking & aging
Hand-harvested. Gentle pressing to preserve freshness and elegance. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on lees for 3 months to add volume and complexity. Fully organic vinification with no artificial additives. - Producer profile
Gramona is a century-old winery and an undisputed benchmark in the Spanish wine scene. Committed to sustainability, biodiversity, and regenerative viticulture, it stands out for crafting wines and sparkling wines with personality, character, and depth.
