Corimbo, an exceptional red wine from Bodegas La Horra in the Ribera del Duero DO, captures the essence of the region with its tinto fino variety. Grown organically and without irrigation, the grapes from the Pagos de La Horra and Roa reveal their unique quality. With spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel and aging for at least 12 months in French and American oak barrels, Corimbo is distinguished by its finesse. This wine, the only Spanish wine on the outstanding Asian wine list at The Peninsula Shanghai hotel, is an elegant and authentic expression of Ribera del Duero.
