After an extremely dry 2023, 2024 brought key rainfall (599 mm), a humid spring, and balanced temperatures. The result was a healthy harvest with slow ripening and perfectly balanced grapes, despite the challenges of mildew and changing weather. - Minimal-intervention rosé with a wild soul
Fermented without additives, unclarified and unfiltered, with less than 30 mg/L of total sulfites. Can Sumoi La Rosa delivers an authentic expression of terroir, vineyard, and climate. A clean, vibrant, and honest wine. - Ethereal and refreshing sensory profile
