Lees Aging
It relaxes for 4 to 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, a technique that gives it volume, a creamy texture, and an enveloping classiness.

About the Winery

Established in 2002 and with 128 hectares of vineyards, the Arínzano Estate is located in northwestern Spain, between La Rioja and Bordeaux.
For nearly 1,000 years, this impressive valley, with its diversity of microclimates, has been the perfect setting for the unique expression of three great wine varieties. With a rich history ranging from monks and noble families to large landowners, Arínzano has maintained its winemaking legacy over the centuries.
