Craft Production
Rested for 8 weeks and 8 days in American whiskey barrels. Produced by the Camarena family, tequila makers since 1937. Ocho is the first tequila to designate the specific field and harvest year, honoring agave “terroir” much like fine wine.
Taste & Aromatic Profile
Bright pale straw color. On the nose: intense floral tones, sweet cooked agave, vanilla, custard, and stewed fruits. On the palate: gentle ripe agave, balanced fruity acidity, and a finish with soft tannins, subtle wood, and lingering sweetness.
